For some of our products, we collect our customers’ end-user personal data specifically as a function of that product or service (e.g., submitter information within our abstract management system). In these cases, we only collect information as specified by the customer and/or as necessary to deliver the expected product functionality or service processes. Omnipress uses this information solely for the purpose of administering the contracted business activities on behalf of our customer. Omnipress does not contact end-users directly for any purpose outside of providing requested product support. Omnipress does not sell end-user data to any third parties, nor do we use end-user data for any sales, marketing, or solicitation purposes unless the end-user has specifically opted in to receive such communications by their own accord.

How Do We Protect Your Information and Secure Information Transmissions?

We use reasonable efforts to secure your information and to attempt to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of the information we obtain from you. However, the Internet is not 100% secure. We cannot promise that your use of our services will be completely safe. You may request to edit or delete any of all of your personal information by emailing privacy@omnipress.com.

When we collect information from you, you may tell us that you do not want it used for further marketing contact at the time of collection.

You may opt out from receiving any further marketing emails from us by using the “unsubscribe” link present at the bottom of the email or by emailing justask@omnipress.com. Please allow up to 5 business days to process this request.

You may also turn off cookies in your web browser.

What About Legally Compelled Disclosure of Information?

We may disclose information when legally compelled to do so, in other words, when we, in good faith, believe that the law requires it or for the protection of our legal rights.

What About Other Websites Linked to Our Website?
