Definitely! We can provide the same user experience as the mobile app, adding in your live or on-demand session videos, session chat, Q&A, and live polls for attendees to access online or from a mobile device. Again, we handle all the setup and training.
Yes. Up to 5,000 attendees can download and use your app. You pay a flat setup fee, Omnipress helps you create the app, and you distribute the app to whomever you would like.
To make login as easy as possible for your attendees, we can pre-populate attendee profiles through manual entry, a bulk import, or through direct integration with select third-party systems. We can also pre-populate each attendee’s personal schedule if you have that information ahead of time. An email notification will be sent to each user with instructions on how to download the app along with other useful information.
We can pre-populate the app with your attendee list so only your attendees gain access. The second option would be to provide your attendees a single event code (password) and after joining the event your attendees will be required to enter the valid event code. To add additional layers of security, we can also control which features/modules are available to attendees based on attendee groups. We can also enable the option to hide your app from the search results within the app container so only users on your attendee list can find and access the app.
